Yes- When I'm Gone is completely free. We may add an upgrade package when we add file-storage facilities, and will let you know further details about that nearer the time!
I am only young and don’t plan on going anywhere for a while! Is it still worth me registering…?

You can also change your mind and edit your When I'm Gone profile as many times as you like throughout your lifetime, so there’s no need to worry that what you choose now is set in stone.
Can I leave a video for my loved ones?
We are looking into the best way to provide a service like this on When I'm Gone, and will let you know as soon as we have an update.
I’d like to upload my will…
Unfortunately, When I'm Gone are unable to guarantee bequests, and suggest that you contact a qualified legal representative to ensure that your estate is distributed as you would see fit. You can, however leave a note to let your Guardian Angels know where important documents such as your will, bank documents, etc. are located.
Can you promise I’ll get the send-off I request?
Unfortunately not, that’s the job of your Guardian Angels. We are sure that, once they log into When I'm Gone and know your wishes, they will do their very best to give you your send-off, your way.
However, in some instances, you can arrange certain services and payment in advance, so do investigate when you research your requirements!
Can I change my Guardian Angel?
Yes, whenever you wish, simply log in, and update your When I'm Gone profile with the new details – and don’t forget to let them know.
I’ve thought of something rather original, that’s not mentioned on any of your lists – Can I add it to my profile?
Of course, you can add whatever you wish – The When I'm Gone Resources section is merely a guide, and the result of careful research we carried out whilst building our business, which we felt was important to share.
Can I upload the exact music I want?
This is something we are working on providing on When I'm Gone, and are currently investigating how to support it. Check back regularly to see when we are done.
